This is the third time I have tried to place an order on my prime account and it still hasn't gone through (my toaster and kettle) and now I've reordered my phone glass protector again as I had the same issue. Once I realised the order hadn't went through I tried to reorder on Friday around **pm to then get an email on Monday at approximately *am to say the payment option needed revised when there was definitely enough money in my account. I'm really not pleased with this service because I really need the things I am ordering. Also, with the first two orders I still do not know if I have been charged for them or not, could you please fill me in,**Thanks**Nathan Plews
