Bought a Headboard from Amazon (MKS Home) which was delivered on the *th Nov, upon opening the box the item was damaged. I have emailed the photo's of the damage * times but to date this complaint has not been resolved, the only response i get is to send photo's!!! All i want is MKS get this item collected and my money returned. This is now nearly * weeks since the start of this complaint and as such, find it unacceptable to expect this shoddy service.
