I was sent a message in may to say my amazon prime account had not been activated due to the payment method being unsuitable. I have not used any of the services OR authorised payment from my current bank card. A payment of £*.** was taken from my bank account on *********.*This is * months after my subscription was declined , and I repeat that I have NOT used any of the Prime services. I would like this payment refunded to my account as it was not authorised by me at any time . I await your reply.
