My phone has no more storage -I need to update it.*I emailed Audible to ask to suspend my account for a few months. *I understood they would get back within ** hours. This didn't happen and I could see money being taken from the account. I emailed again and still have had no reply.*I believe Audible is an Amazon product so would like the company to look into the matter and refund me. Another £*.** was taken recently and I'm fed up about it.*Please get back to me .
