Hi, Currently have the student prime on a * month trial, but have had some money taken from my account. I tried to speak to one of your operators last night, but still didn't understand why I have been charged anything. I have had *.**, *.**, *.** and *.** taken out of my account on separate occasions on the ****, **,*, *** and ***. The operator said one was for ITV hub which as far as i'm concerned is free, one for a motor sport channel which we don't have and not sure what the others are for*Email on account *****@***.com
I trust that Amazon.com (UK) will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
