We booked a stay from March **th to **th for spring break with the kids...* rooms at Aloft Mag Mile in Chicago. Long story short, find out the morning of **th that pool is closed because of some sort of accident and will not be open on **th and possible on **th. We booked this hotel specifically for pool amenities because of kids. We all had to cancel our rooms at aloft and go through that process first without being charged cancellation and rebooking elsewhere..booking at a last minute rate elsewhere! We need to be compensated for the difference we paid and inconvenience and stress of finding another hotel last minute. I tried to leave a message for front desk manager with no response for * days now.
GetHuman2603527 did not yet indicate what Aloft Hotels should do to make this right.
