Order number: ****************The item was faulty within the first weeks of arrival. I contacted seller about this* they asked for video and picture based proof, which I provided swiftly. The seller kept delaying, and stalling, eventually responding and agreeing the item was faulty and said they'd reship. **I waited months for the item to arrive, but nothing did. I asked the seller to provide tracking information for the replacement item, but they never responded. **Basically, the seller delayed and stalled and seems to have lied about sending a replacement, so they could wait for the dispute window to close, which has left me no way to pursue a resolution.**I tried raising the issue with your bot, but it was useless, merely telling me the dispute window had closed, so there was nothing which could be done...**The device seems to be a fake, and arrived with some issues. These issues quickly progressed to non-functionality within the dispute period. The dispute was raised in this time, yet the seller has not been held to account in fulfilling their obligation, owing to how your system poorly handles such the dispute process -- it is hugely manipulable, by dishonest sellers, such as the one I have encountered. I don't feel comfortable ordering from your site in future, given this experience.**Please advise.
