When the order was complete, the screen said, " Thank you :) We have recieved your payment amount: US $**.**. So my order was paid for! The payment went threw my bank on the ** of December. Then you send me an E-Mail to: *****@***.com saying you canceled my order because payment was not made by the **th! I was just getting on line to track the shipment, because we moved to a new house, so I needed to contact the company who was shipping the Doll to tell them the change of address. The new address is *** W **** So. Syracuse Utah. The old address was **** W **** So. Syracuse, Utah *****. The E-Mail will change too, because of the move. You will need to contact me now @ *****@***.com. The Doll is for my Granddaughter for Christmas! I need the doll sent the quickest way possible.
It's a Christmas present! It would have almost been here. I don't understand how come this happened! It was paid for, & they said it wasn't & canceled the order! Doesn't make sense! How could they make such a stupid mistake. They need to get this order to me asap!!!!
