Hi Good Day,**I’m contacting you today as I’ve recently made a purchase with Aliexpress. I brought a baby stroller my orde number **************. **I have a few issues with yourself and seller. On the seller website it states you get * gifts with purchase which includes a baby mat for pushchair. It also stated customer must contact seller to state the colour of the baby mat or a random one will be sent out.**The seller has contacted me stating I will need to make extra payment for the baby mat even though it’s supposed to be included in purchase. For me this is very misleading to all customers purchasing with this company. Which I am now considering to cancel my order.**Also Aliexpress took an additional payment out of my account of £**.** without any type of authorisation from me.**This is really concerning for me and I need someone to contact me in regards to this as soon as possible as my experience so far buying with Aliexpress has not been very good.**I look*Forward to hearing back from you.**Regards *Faye Mason
