So I ordered a fur coat from ‘FASHION TRENDS APPAREL CO LTD’ . I ordered a cream coat and I received a grey one . So I messaged the seller to say this is not the colour I ordered. *So the seller told me to post the fur coat back to them. So I sent back the fur coat and I received a refund of the coat. However , i did not receive the shipping cost I had to pay for the package to be delivered to China.*The seller told me that they would pay the shipping charge after they have received the grey coat.*I should not pay for the shipping as it was not my fault, it was the sellers!*The shipping cost was £**.** ( I have evidence ) . **Now the seller has deleted the product on AliExpress and is now ignoring my messages because he doesn’t want to pay for the shipping fee which they said they would of paid.**Please help,*Thank you!
