I made a purchased June **th of some cream for my face you sent me an email the order *************** and said it was shipped, and you told me to check with the seller to see when it arrives and it said that the * was invalid but you charged my Credit Card and I'm not gonna go back and forth with this email I trusted this company and I expect the same my husband and I are on this matter and trying diligently to work with this matter can you please help me I work hard and been on my job for ** years and my husband ** years with being said I would like to trust you I shouldn't have to contact anyone to see what the arrival date it you suppose to email me with this information and conformation number if you dont have the product put my money back on my card or I would have to go another route.**Sincerely *Lisa M.Redding
