Hello, I am seeking an official email address for AliExpress customer service, but I'm having trouble finding one that leads to responses. Below is the message I intended to send them. I need help addressing an issue – I wish to permanently delete my AliExpress account instead of merely deactivating it. I am uncertain if deactivation leads to ultimate deletion, but I am currently unable to access my account. To reach out to support for assistance in permanently erasing my account, I need to log in, but that is not an option at the moment. The email address associated with my AliExpress account is [redacted]. Could you potentially convey my situation to their customer service team? Thank you for your assistance. Here is the message I planned to send: Dear Customer Service, I am requesting the total and irreversible deletion of my AliExpress account and all corresponding personal data. I am seeking permanent closure and deletion, not deactivation. Please ensure both my account and associated personal information are completely erased. As my account is currently deactivated but understandably not permanently deleted, I'm unsure whether reactivation is necessary for deletion. Please advise as I am unable to log in to contact customer service for guidance on deleting my account and personal data. If reactivation is needed for deletion purposes, kindly provide instructions. Unfortunately, I cannot find a way to regain access to my account for communication with customer service. I am continuously receiving sales promotion messages from your company every day, and it is extremely disturbing, annoying, and bothersome! I never consented to receiving any kind of messages from your company, and I never authorized it! I am demanding that it cease immediately! I contacted customer service yesterday about this issue, yet the messages persist... If this continues even for one more minute, I will cancel and close my account. I will escalate this matter to your CEO and take legal action! Enough is enough! I am fed up with this situation!

I placed an order at Shop[redacted] Store, but it arrived incomplete without the manual for the dash cam. I contacted AliExpress for assistance but find the dispute process confusing. The store promised to send the manual, but the delay is unacceptable. The conversation through messages shows attempts to resolve the issue, but the store now insists I close the dispute before sending the manual, which I find unfair. I believe the process is unnecessarily complicated and may deter customers. If not resolved satisfactorily, I may cease using their services in the future. I expect to receive the manual and the promised gift as compensation for the stress and time spent on this issue. I will stop the dispute once the manual in English is provided.

I have received several packages with tracking numbers from AliExpress, but only one is working with Canada Post. The others have not been received by Canada Post even though AliExpress claims they have been delivered and signed for. I contacted AliExpress for a refund but they said I need to provide proof, which I am unsure how to do without a working tracking number. I am frustrated by this situation as I spent over $[redacted] and have nothing to show for it. The lack of response from AliExpress and the unhelpful robot customer service is also causing me stress. I am considering leaving negative reviews everywhere if I do not get some assistance soon. I demand either my packages or a full refund, not a partial one.

I am reaching out to report a seller who is engaging in blackmail. I ordered a wedding dress and paid for expedited shipping for it to arrive on 7/17/[redacted]; however, it was not shipped until 7/23/[redacted] and arrived on 7/25/[redacted], too late for alterations. After canceling the order on 7/18/[redacted], I requested a refund and provided proof of delayed shipping. The seller offered a refund only if I gave them a 5-star review. When I refused, they claimed to have refunded me and asked for a positive review before refunding me. This behavior is unacceptable, and I need Ali's intervention. I am willing to return the dress at their expense and receive a refund without a forced review. I have evidence of our communication if needed. Your assistance in resolving this blackmail situation is appreciated, as I value my past positive experiences with Ali. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, sir. I had an issue with one of your clients concerning a purchase of wig hair bundles. I have been in discussion with this lady for almost a month now. I first bought the goods on July 28th, totaling about [redacted] €. Initially, I validated [redacted] €, but then had trouble with the remaining [redacted] € due to my bank's fixed rate of 3 on [redacted] €. After going to my bank, I was advised to wait 7 days. On August 3rd, I managed to validate the remaining [redacted] €. Since then, I have been waiting for her to see if the package can be prepared. Today, she asked me to wait to confirm if the package is ready. She mentioned she has a meeting and will reply after work. I feel like she might be trying to deceive me. Please respond promptly. Hello! I reside in Israel and have been a frequent user of your website. However, in recent months, I have encountered an issue that is preventing me from making purchases on your platform. Previously, I used to view the site in Russian, with the currency set to shekels and the country selected as Israel. Now, when I visit the site in Russian, the country displayed is Russia and the currency has changed to rubles, and I am unable to revert back to the previous settings. I purchased two wigs along with other items, but I did not receive the wigs I ordered. One of the wigs is a Kirishima wig from the "WanDong store," and the other is a blue Tamura wig from "Dropshipping and Wholesaler & Retail & Factory of Wig." I reached out to the sellers for a refund since these were my first orders and I was unsure of the process. They advised me to open a dispute, but this can only be done within 15 days of ordering, which I missed. Despite my efforts, the sellers have been unresponsive regarding the missing wigs. I am now considering contacting AliExpress owners in China as I am hesitant to make future purchases due to this unresolved issue. I purchased a code from a seller on AliExpress for a 36-month Xbox Game Pass subscription. After receiving only 6 months, I was informed via email that the subscription was suspended for being obtained unlawfully. Unfortunately, the seller has deleted their shop on AliExpress and is unreachable. I have reached out to several agents who simply escalate the issue to management. However, this has not resolved the problem as the seller no longer exists. It has been 2 months since I first tried to contact the seller and a month since AliExpress supposedly took action. Now, I cannot reach any agents as I am met with messages stating no agents are available or that the service is offline whenever I try to get in touch.

Hello, I ordered some jewelry on AliExpress. I asked if the item is real gold, and they said yes. But when I inquired about the stamp on the jewelry indicating 9k, 14k, or 18k, they said it's gold-plated. I've already placed and paid for the order, spending over [redacted] euros on your platform. I'm still waiting for some photos to confirm the authenticity of the jewelry, but I have doubts about some items. Thank you for understanding, as some sellers use misleading titles. I understand that gold is an alloy with another metal, but if it's marked as 14k, 9k, or 18k, it should be provable by the stamp on a chain or the inside of a ring.

Hello, Regarding Order: [redacted][redacted], the items arrived and were defective. I provided proof of the defect. The seller offered to send replacements, but they never arrived. When I asked for a refund, I was instructed to return the item at my own expense. The value is €21, but the shipping is around €42? That doesn't make sense. These were supposed to be gifts for the children. This is an example of how unreliable shopping on Aliexpress can be. So far, I have been and still am satisfied. On the 28th of February, I purchased MACA for 10.82 Euros with order number [redacted][redacted]. After waiting for 3 months without receiving the product, I contacted the seller and opened a dispute. Unfortunately, I accidentally closed the dispute section. Reaching out to the seller multiple times, I explained that I provided the correct address but still did not receive the product after over 5 months. The seller mentioned a refund but I have not seen it yet. Despite my requests, they have not provided a tracking number or a solution, even after initially claiming I gave the wrong address. The seller continues to make false promises, wasting my time and money. Their dishonesty reflects poorly on AliExpress, and I am frustrated with this unreliable seller.

I had a mix-up with my shoe order, as they were delivered to the wrong address due to an error in my information. Despite reaching out to customer service and opening a dispute, the sellers were unhelpful and refused to resend the shoes to the correct address. They suggested a refund, but closed the case without issuing one or sending a replacement. I have been in touch with customer service multiple times, but each time I have to explain the situation from scratch as they seem to not keep records. Hello, I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delivery branch of the company SPEEDAF in Morocco. They are being dishonest. We only ordered a small, inexpensive item that should not have issues with customs, but SPEEDAF keeps falsely claiming the package is held in customs and demands payment without providing any proof or documentation. It is unreasonable to pay $10 for a product that costs less than a dollar because of incorrect customs declarations with no evidence. I request an investigation into SPEEDAF in Morocco and suggest going back to using POSTA for deliveries instead. SPEEDAF has been associated with fraudulent activities with other companies like Shein and now AliExpress. Many customers in Morocco are facing similar problems, leading to returns and potential bans on AliExpress and SPEEDAF. I had a frustrating experience with AliExpress customer service regarding a return. I received the item on 11 July and requested a return with the reason "I no longer need the item" on 18 July. I was given a UK return label by Royal Mail, which I used to dispatch the item and uploaded the tracking number on 22 July, within the 14-day UK distance purchase rights. I believed I was also covered by AliExpress' 90-day money-back protection policy. However, on 7 August, I received a message stating my refund was "invalid" due to a "problem with the order: material not as described." I never disputed the item as faulty. Although I tried to explain and provide evidence, my refund was still denied. It was challenging dealing with the chatbot and agents who did not address the issue properly. I just want a resolution and feel frustrated by the entire process, leaving me feeling scammed.
