Hello, I created an account yesterday to make some purchases, but I accidentally used the wrong email address. I've been trying to reach customer service for about 5 hours, but the bot isn't able to resolve my issue. I placed an order on 28 November [redacted]. The tracking information shows that my package left Hong Kong airport on 3 December [redacted] at 15:13. It hasn't been updated since then. The estimated delivery date is 13 December [redacted], but I am concerned about the lack of updates. Typically, it should have taken only one day by plane to reach Thailand, and customs should have updated the status by now. I ordered two items, and the other one should have arrived on 16 December [redacted], but it also shows no updates beyond being accepted by the airline and leaving the country of origin warehouse. I received an email stating that my package has reached my local post office, but upon visiting, they couldn't find it. AliExpress' website still indicates that the package is in transit, leaving me unsure about where to pick it up since it wasn't at the post office. I am unaware of the delivery service utilized for this shipment.

I purchased 10 pairs of gloves from ELESALE SECURITY STORE on November 21, [redacted], paying €18.85 via Aliexpress. Despite the expected delivery on December 11, I have not received my order. On the same day, I also bought 10 pairs from SHOP [redacted]76 STORE, paying €7.57 through Aliexpress using my wife's Visa card under the name Aliette S. Unfortunately, I cannot verify my orders as I didn't note down the order numbers, but the payments went through Aliexpress and show on my bank statement.

I purchased the Xiaomi Air Dots 2 from AliExpress. I was eagerly awaiting its arrival when I logged into my account only to discover that both my order and personal details had vanished. Despite searching through my deleted orders, I couldn't locate it. I reached out to the seller for assistance, but unfortunately, they haven't responded. Although the order was already shipped, I am now unsure about its delivery status and when I can expect to receive it. I am keen to know the current status of my order and an estimated arrival date.

I encountered issues with two orders. In both cases, the items did not match the descriptions provided. One order came with a lanyard missing a crucial part, making it unusable. The other order contained items with broken lanyards, also rendering them useless. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to contact the sellers directly due to restrictions on AliExpress preventing me from sending messages. Whenever I tried to reach customer support, I received error messages mentioning a busy network or a [redacted] page. I have been persistently trying to resolve this for a week now, without success. My preferred resolution would be to receive replacement lanyards promptly. However, if this matter remains unresolved after a couple more days, I will escalate the issue to PayPal for a refund.

Hola, mi nombre es Cristina Ucha Figueiras. Durante la semana pasada realicé una compra con ustedes por un total de 66,91€. Además, realicé dos pedidos adicionales: uno fue cancelado y se me confirmó que se me reembolsaría 7,21€ en los próximos días, y el otro pedido lo cancelé pero no he recibido confirmación ni respuesta sobre el reembolso, el cual es de 10,61€. Si se incluyen los artículos devueltos, el costo total de mi compra sería de 84,73€. Sin embargo, en mi cuenta bancaria me han cobrado un total de 91,77€, es decir, me han cobrado de más 7,04€ incluyendo el precio de los pedidos cancelados por los que deberían reembolsarme. El monto total a ser reembolsado incluyendo las devoluciones de los pedidos cancelados y el pago adicional realizado asciende a 24,86€. Por lo tanto, les escribo para solicitar que me reembolsen el dinero cobrado de más y en los próximos días también el dinero de los pedidos cancelados. Me gustaría resolver esto ya que me gusta mucho su aplicación.

Hello, I purchased two DVD units from two different stores, but both arrived damaged or not as described. I had to open a dispute for a return and refund. After sending the units to the address I was provided, I lost both the money and the goods. It has been challenging to reach AliExpress customer service, and I feel stuck. Both sellers are claiming they did not receive the goods back, but I have tracking numbers confirming delivery. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

Hello. I have written twice already stating that I have not received the product with order number [redacted][redacted] for 14.89€. I have checked thoroughly with DHL and my neighbors. To this day, I have not received the item and have incurred a loss of 14.89€. AliExpress is suggesting that the item has been delivered and expects me to be satisfied with their word. Unfortunately, I have received nothing to date. However, I am still loyal to AliExpress. Is this how loyal customers who have not received their order are treated? When will I receive a refund? I paid $[redacted] for order number [redacted][redacted]. After waiting for months for delivery, I opened a dispute because I received the wrong product. Despite the seller admitting the mistake and asking me to return the Tesla screen at my expense, I still haven't received a refund. I sent the Tesla screen back via UPS and paid $[redacted] for the return shipping. The seller confirmed receiving the item but has not refunded my money. Please assist in resolving this issue. I filed a dispute because my product did not arrive, and I am seeking a refund. In the dispute, I submitted evidence that DHL sent it back to the warehouse without reaching me. Despite this, the AE team insists it was delivered to my place and is requesting proof, which I provided initially. I am unsure how to proceed to receive my refund.

Hello, I purchased a girl's coat for $20 from Ha Ha Store last year, costing $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I never received it. The seller keeps instructing me to contact FedEx. I have visited FedEx in person and called them several times. I am exhausted from going back and forth between the seller and FedEx. I have requested a refund from the seller, but they are not assisting me in locating the coat. I would like a refund for the undelivered item. Hello, I purchased a ring some time ago (Order ID: [redacted][redacted]) and it arrived damaged. The seller instructed me to return it to receive a refund. Due to circumstances related to the lockdown in my country, I returned the item one day after the free return period had ended and covered the return shipping costs. Despite providing the tracking number and explaining the delayed return to the seller, they refused to issue a refund and advised me to contact AliExpress customer service to reopen the dispute. Unfortunately, I encountered technical difficulties accessing the website when trying to reach out for assistance. I hope that through this forum, I can find a resolution as the seller has ceased communication, leaving me without the ring or a refund. The fan motor on my Moyeah CPAP mask cleaner is extremely noisy, making it impossible to use. Despite reaching out to the company over 20 times, I have not received any response. I've had problems with their suppliers in the past, and though they promised to fix the issues, they never followed through. I've lost faith in them. Unlike your suppliers, Amazon takes care of such issues promptly. I simply want the cleaner replaced and shipped with a tracking number as I don't trust the current process. Returning it would take too long and cause unnecessary stress. Considering all this, I wonder if I should switch back to buying from AliExpress instead of Amazon.

Today, I had to pay customs charges on the items I received through 4PX Express and UK Royal Mail. I would like to request a refund of £12.07 for the fee and seek an explanation for why this is happening. As a gold member, my items should not exceed the customs threshold. According to the online information provided, the process seems flawed as my items were processed through a UK office but still incurred customs charges. This experience has been disappointing, especially since all my items were part of one large order. I am hesitant to place big orders in the future unless this issue is addressed promptly.

I purchased the Moyeah CPAP mask cleaner, but the fan motor is extremely noisy, making it unusable. Despite sending 20 emails, the seller has not responded to my concerns. This ongoing issue has been going on for 4 months, and all I am requesting is a replacement. Unfortunately, Moyeah does not acknowledge any warranty, leaving me unsure of how to return the product.
