Hello i had some problems with the product i ordered, oreder number **************** this product cost me ***$ and the order wasn't completed, product order date oct ** l, its been almost two months sens i ordered, and the seller didn't care he get the money but i didnt get anything, and the info from tge tracking number didnt update more than a month, i open dispute but you written me that AliExpress Will step in on September **, i am sorry but i don't have that time i expect to get what i paid for, and if i didnt please make sure the seller will fully refund me with the full amount of my money, and than ill be able order from other seller, waiting for your help.

GetHuman-lotatiro did not yet indicate what AliExpress should do to make this right.
