I ordered two coats and have not received my order. Some how it's saying I did receive it when I have not. I contacted customer service a few weeks back they said it shows my order was on its way and it still has never came yet. I asked for a refund and there trying to refund me less then what I paid. I want a full refund and honestly don't know if I'm going to keep shopping with you guys after all of this it has been no this and no one has done anything to fixs it.
