I was looking for few days away for my husband and I clicked on one cottage put in dates it came back booked!! So I looked at another liked it booked it great...then next day two lots of money had came out for different places same date...and the one that had said was booked!!! Which I have proof in a emails...anyway they put money back in minus **.** pence!! Why it wasn't our fault and needless to say no more help waited over hour on phone so gave up!!! Not good enough very upsetting and always use airbnb but has put me off now...
