I am an Airbnb host. My guests arrived and booked in. They were due to stay * nights but said the accommodation was unsuitable as there was no TV or cooker although it states clearly that my listing is suitable for B and B only. So they left. They have now requested a full refund.*Your rules say cancellation within ** hours they pay for one night. How do I calculate this? How do I return their fee. I am willing to refund them minus * night as in your rules.*Also I would prefer to speak to an Airbnb representative. Please could you give me the appropriate telephone number.*Thank you.*Frances
