Hi, a gentleman that has stayed with me several times just arrived. He decided that he cannot stay because he is carrying expensive electronics and there is no lock on the bedroom door. *He never asked about a lock in the past or when he inquired about the room on this visit. *I'm happy to return his money but I am concerned about this hurting my excellent rating as a host. *I'm hoping this won't disturb anything so I may continue to represent Airbnb the very best I can. *I asked the guest to be sure to ask ahead of time if there are locks on the doors in order to assure this won't happen again. *Please let me know how to handle this properly.*Thank you*Mary Sisoian
