I accidentally booked the wrong apartment for my travel. I was worried I would miss out on the apartment that I intended to book so quickly booked it and then cancelled my previous booking. I have not been refunded the service fee due to my error. Because of my panic with the error that I had made I did not take the time to read the cancellation policy etc. I literally booked and cancelled within one hour. I would be grateful if you could please understand my mistake and refund the service fee. Thank you*Kelli Babovic
