We arrived in Lima from Toronto early this morning around passed *am (August **) and found out that we don't have our * piece luggage*hiking backpack that we checked in in Calgary. We boarded our first plane (Air Canada) in Calgary bound to Toronto then Toronto to here*Lima, Peru. We talked to the Air Canada luggage guy and he said that they cannot do something about it. He advised us to voice the issue to the Latam Airlines which it's the airline that we're booked for our flight going to Cusco. But if possible, can Air Canada staff contact the Air Canada in Toronto to find out if the luggage is there? And if it's in there, can they send to the next available flight to Lima then Lima to Cusco because everything that we need for our hike tomorrow until Saturday is in the bag. Owner of the luggage is Lemuel Leal (hiking backpack with the rain cover on it), AC **** is the flight from Toronto to Lima, date and time of flight is August ** at *:**pm. We're hoping that this issue would be resolved as soon as possible. Thanks much
