Hello, I recently discovered that I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel due to their similar names. The hotel I intended to book is the Holiday Inn Express, as it is located considerably further away from my original booking at the Holiday Inn Glenmarie. Unfortunately, I missed the refund period, so cancelling and rebooking is not an option. If possible, could you kindly assist me in transferring my booking to the correct hotel? Hello everyone, recently I had an issue while booking a stay on Agoda. At one point during the process, I got a "session expired" message on my screen. I proceeded to book again, and later discovered I had unintentionally made two bookings when I received two confirmation emails. I attempted to cancel the first booking, but unfortunately, it was marked as "non-refundable," and I was charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the booking fee. I am inquiring about my reservation with booking code [redacted]07. Initially, the total price for the booking was stated as [redacted].76 USD, which converted to around [redacted] EUR. However, upon receiving the payment message recently, I noticed that the amount I paid in EUR exceeded the original quote. The Bantayan Nature Park and Resort information office has recommended that I cancel my reservation due to the potential adverse weather conditions expected to impact the Northern Part of Cebu and Visayas Region, specifically Bantayan Island. There is a forecast for a typhoon at SIGNAL 2 on December 24, [redacted], at 2:00 AM, as per PAG-ASA. Due to this weather prediction, all ferries going to Bantayan Island are strictly prohibited. I made a reservation for a room, arrived yesterday, and they said they didn't have it. They asked me to book again, which I did. I waited, came back, waited for hours, but still no room. I had to return home. I spoke with someone on the phone and explained that I have proof of the payment taken from my husband and myself, but it shows in my child's name, Saniya Williams. I am back home now, and it's Sunday morning. Can I stay Sunday night and check out on Monday as this situation wasn't my fault, and my money was taken for an overnight stay?

While browsing through hotels on Agoda, I accidentally booked a room when I was just trying to check the price. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged automatically as it was saved on the site. The reservation is non-refundable, but I am hoping to cancel it. When I tried to reach out to my credit card company, they advised me to contact Agoda first. I have now sent an email to Agoda's customer service and I'm awaiting their response. Hopefully, I reached the correct email address for assistance.

Hello, I am Prakash. I booked a room at Airport Inn for the 18th Dec [redacted] to 19th Dec [redacted], and the payment has been deducted from my account. However, upon arrival, the hotel refused to honor my booking stating they do not accept reservations from Agoda or Oyo. This situation was quite unexpected and caused me significant inconvenience in finding alternative accommodations last minute. Dear Customer Service, I made a reservation through Agoda approximately one month ago for the Country Comfort Inn in Perth, Australia. Unfortunately, I mistakenly booked the wrong date and actually needed the accommodation three weeks prior. When I contacted the Country Comfort Inn, I was informed that to receive a refund, I needed to cancel within 24 hours of booking, which I attempted to do, only to find my booking had disappeared from the system. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation with the Inn, I was directed to contact Agoda directly. I am seeking either a refund or to have the booking reinstated. I'm experiencing an issue with Agoda where despite receiving a booking confirmation, I was told my credit card couldn't be processed. Even after re-entering my details multiple times, the site insists the information is incorrect. I've attempted different cards, all resulting in the same message of incorrect details. As a regular customer, I booked a room at homerent@Siri condo from 22/12 - 29/12 (booking ID: [redacted]85). Unfortunately, it took me 1.5 hours in the dark, cold night to track down the owner's phone number with the help of other condo owners just to check in. Once in the unit, there were no basic amenities like drinking water, bowls, forks, spoons, a boiler, or even toilet paper. The pillows were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to sleep well. Unlike other condo owners in the building who offer helpful services, my room owner insisted I fend for myself when I called them. After many years of booking with your company, this is the first time I've faced such poor service. With seven more days left in my stay, I hope to be relocated to a better place as I am extremely frustrated with the current situation.

I am reaching out to ask for assistance in canceling a booking on Agoda home for our guest, Tetsuya Fuiwara, with booking ID: [redacted]68. The guest was supposed to check-in on December 25, [redacted], and check out on December 31, [redacted], at ISANN LODGE hosted by Sothea Seng. Unfortunately, we do not have the luxury Wooden Villa room type available for them as booked and are trying to find an alternative room. Hello, my booking number is [redacted]77 for the Normandie Inn at 30 Bourke Street, North Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia on 01/24/20. Today, I visited the property and found it below par. I spoke with Mary at reception, and she indicated I could request a cancellation. Although the booking is non-refundable, Mary suggested contacting Agoda. She mentioned she could offer a refund without a fee. I made a booking on December 17th with the booking ID [redacted]57. However, I made a mistake and canceled the booking about 5 minutes after it was confirmed. I reserved two rooms at the Premier Hotel in Klang, Malaysia. The lack of customer support and communication exacerbates the negative booking experience. It is recommended to implement a spell check feature for customer convenience. Could you kindly inform the guest that unfortunately, we do not have any double rooms available at the moment? We only have smart saver rooms available at a reduced rate, but these rooms are for single occupancy only. To avoid any inconvenience for the guest upon arrival, please cancel the booking as the double occupancy rooms are unavailable. If possible, could you please provide us with the guest's contact details? The Ginger Hotel Management team contacted us today, informing us that there are no rooms available for booking ID [redacted]61 and [redacted]49.
