The issue in GetHuman-hpjhala's own words
Through Agoda I had booked a hotel ANKUR PLAZA Property OYO *****, in Nainital from October ** to November **nd. On reaching the hotel we were refused the entry as they had cancelled contract with OYO. Subsequently immediately I talked to Customercare of OYO. They informed me that I will be getting refund in * to ** days. Till the time of writing this I have not received the refund. Pl.help and arrange for the refund as the booking was through Agoda.

GetHuman-hpjhala did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
