Singapore Airlunes is redirecting calls to AGODA , even when the booking is made directly with singapore airlines .**I got through to Agoda by making up a fake booking number ( after a number of attempts ) , and the numbers provided by AGODA FOR SINGAPRE AIRLINES WERE ALL INCORRECT . **I finally got thru to Singapore airlines in australia ( Adelaide ) , Amd was able to change by booking , even though I am in Sri Lanka .**ALL THE CONTACT NUMBERS LISTED ON SINGAPORE AIR .COM FOR THEIR CALL CENTRES ARE INCORRECT . ( for singapore ) , the number listed for COLOMBO is correct .**The UK NUMBERS LISTED IN SINGAPORE AIR PUT ME THRU TI CAR RENTAL COMPANIES AND TRAVEL I SURANCE THAT WERE NOT AFFILIATED. WITH SINGAPORE AIR . , the number listed for singapore air for call centre in Singapore puts you thru to Agoda , abd once. Put thru to Agoda no one knows the number for singapore air in*Singapore , Amd even the COLOMBO singapore AUD coukd not give me the number for singapore air in Singapore .*This is disgraceful for the number one airline in the workd . There is an active agenda by singapore air , to make telephone bookings IMPOSSIBLE . I had a problem with. My credit cars that would not let me make a booking. Online .**I suggest that anyone wanting to make a telephone booking for singapore air call the contact centre in Adelaide Australia as I called contact centres all over the wotld and all numbers were incorrect . I just do not understand how singapore airlines can ge away with this . I my case I was wanting to do a date change on my ticket and I think they create this frustration to prevent people making contact and force them into making a new booking instead of date change , so they end up charging for * seperate fares and they also minimise costs , by labour required to make a date change ( the date change cost me *** AUD ) which is bad enough and maybe about *** AUD in intermational calls , as I coukd not get a correct number for a call centre . This is disgusting appalling shockingly bad customer service , for which singapore Airlunes do not deserve their reputation as best airline in the world . I think I will fly North Korean and call up Kim , I might get better service from this one star rated airline reputed to be the worst in the workd but they now have stiff. Conpetition from these rude arrogant careless airline that is singapore airlines THE BEST AURLINE IN THE WORKD YEAH YEAH YEAH . DISGUSTING AND APPALLING !!
