I stay at the CityState Tower Hotel, when I visit the Philippines, Since May ****.Normally, I have nothing to complain about.Service, peoples, management and food are great.But this time, I am really pissed off.First the room is supposed to be a superior room but I got a standard room.I know the sizes because mostly of time I take a standard room. It is not question of money but a standard room is enough. I already stayed in superior rooms and they are a lot better than this one. Explain please.**Second, the wifi ***** and not a bit. When I came here the first time in ****, the WiFi was a lot better than today. Even my last visit on last April-May ****, never suffered that much. The problem is not the Wifi itself but the configuration or the location of the Access points and believe me, I am an IT Analyst.Here are some snapshots taken from my computer because, I use my laptop to answer to customers even if I am on vacations. And I can guarantee you, it really **** even at * am.*Third, I woke up this morning and there was no water. I called the front desk and they sent me someone (a plumber probably) to fix that. But the guy, and it is not his fault, does not seem now what is going on or if there is problem of water shortening.*Anyway, For all of these, I would like to ask you to revise my stay and grant me a compensation. I am supposed to be here again on Nov *st to Nov *th. I wish I can continue coming to this nice place and enjoy my stay here.*I will send the same email to Agoda.ca to find out what are the issues and how we can solve this.*Best Regards,
