Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).**We are sorry for the inconvenience, this reservation was already cancelled free of charge and we issued the full refund of AUD ***.**. You may book directly with the hotel with the same room type. You advised us that the room rate is AED *,****night which is approximately AUD ***.***night. Kindly reply to this email with the receipt as a proof of payment from the hotel and we will forward it to our supplier for your refund. Thank you
