The issue in GetHuman-jjsamano's own words
We made a hotel booking with AGODA BR. ********* on Aug. **.. Upon arrival in the Current Astoria Hotel we are told that there is another booking for Jemma Samano for same number of rooms (* rooms). We asked who did that booking? They said it is the "Destination of the world" which we are not dealing with.*We contacted destination of the world and I was told that they are authorized by AGODA to amke booking..*We are being charge for the same booking which we are not totally aware.**Queustion**: Why did you authorised destination of the world to make booking while we are only talking to AGODA.*Second how can we get a refund on the amount charged to us for the duplication of the booking. Who will refund to us the amount which we are charged.*We are in the hotel on the as scheduled and the hotel knew that no other person stayed on the booking did by destination of the world..*Please contact me or send me a text message on my mobile. ***********..**Awaiting for your urgent response.**Thank you***jemma samano
