I had booked two deluxe double rooms in Hotel Golden Sand, Velankanni, Tamilnadu, India for the period **-**th July by the booking Id:*********.*Before the start of the journey I had enquired about checkin and checkout time. They told me it is **hrs duration.*Based on this info, we reached there by * am on **th . On asking for the room, they asked us to wait. By **:** they told us only one room is vacant. We agreed as we wane*ted to go to church by *am. On reaching that room we found it very dirty and not worth for a deluxe room. Further asking the reception, they told deluxe room will be available by ** am. Meanwhile we are seeing people who are coming directly are given rooms immediately.**By ** am we reached back and by **.** am we were given Room n*.*** & ***.Both rooms were substandard anddirty rooms, not even worthy to be called standard rooms. Cots were fixed concrete cots, bedsheets were dirty, no toiletries, full of dust, bathrooms awful and unclean. Even the corridors were full of dust. On telling this to the staff, they were very rude and told us, you will get only these rooms if you book through agoda.**Regarding checkout, they told we have checkout by *am on **th. On questioning that the *nd room was given only at **.** am, they allowed us to retain one room up to **am.*This is the first bad experience I had with your firm.
