I want to make a complain about this hostel. Called them for a lower bed Due to my leg pain can't or very hard to climb up upper bed. The staff answer call named DEWA and also I did mentioned in booking but not sure why not show up to them. On **:** check in and they give me upper bed so I told them no as I have requested lower bed. So, I told them pleas help me see if able get lower bed but they refused. And ask me to cancel the booking and stay somewhere else.**Out of no choice I stayed at other guest house which is pay more expensive(I can send you the receipt if you want), hence, I would like a fairly answer and action from your end.
