I have a bad experience in Placing a room here in AGODA, i was so upset when we arrived in hotel they told as my booking is cancel without any call from hotel or email or call from Agoda or other means of communication to be aware what happen to my booking, we are all the way to abu dhabi and arriving to dubai to have much peaceful vacay for my holidays but suddenly its was ruined , even the hotel cant help us why it happen, we try to contact agoda but we dont have enough time to stay and we need to move for the next plan and book another hotel and more expenses we need to throw it out in our pocket. **I use trivago apps and i choose aGODA because its cheap and we can afford, the hotel that we book name New Black stone hotel, and booking ID********** june * to june *, ******and all notes are their. we were going to pay in the property. but they told that AGODA cancelled my booking, and everything was ruined all my plan and vacay is more expensive. this is my first time i encountered in AGODA and its Very BAD
