I booked a room in agoda for * nights for the price of P**** something (cant remember the price) the room rate is just around P*** per night. The owner was not around and the only person to ask is her assistant. I've decided to upgrade to the aircon room. When I asked the assistant, she said that I can just give an additional money that equates to the amount of the aircon room which is around P*** in agoda. From P****, I paid an additional P*** for the upgrade in which we just follow the showed price on the site. Suddenly, the owner talked to me and asking me to pay for another P**** (additional *** per night for the upgrade) in which i found odd since if I'm gonna book it online, it'll just cost around P****. I cannot cancel it since i didn't use an account when I booked so I had no history of my reservation. pls help
