Call centre based in Manila has the most incompetent service I've ever experience in my entire life and I am not exaggerating. **I had been with Agoda for many years and I am at the AgodaVIP membership level. Due to many dispute and unsatisfactory assistance from Agoda, I started making my bookings from other platforms which honestly does not provide any much benefit over Agoda, but at least they are really helpful compared to Agoda's call centre. **Just recently I noticed I have about USD$*** worth of expired AgodaCash. I understand that the company policy is that expired AgodaCash can not be reinstated. However, I would at least like to explain why I stopped using Agoda, and I will be happy to return to Agoda should they consider the reinstatement of my expired AgodaCash.**Not only that they (call centre in Manila) were unable to assist, they were very unwilling to assist in any way. The supervisor (May) was quick to shoot me down with my intention to escalate my case, and refuses to provide me with any advice for next course of action. She repeated the fact (of which I understand and respect) that expired AgodaCash can not be reinstated and that is the company policy. **What I was very unhappy about, is the incompetency of the call centre and how they addressed my issue. No one in that call centre even took a minute to consider my request. The officer and supervisor I spoke to, rejected my request immediately without offering some form of assistance or advise on next course of action. If I could actually speak to some higher managerial post officer and they actually raise the request but got rejected, that I would understand and sincerely appreciate for the assistance. But to reject my request without offering any help in return, that is simply shutting me down completely.**Now that I've experienced this issue with Agoda, it reminds me of the reason why I switched booking platform in the first place. Unless something is done, I don't see why I should continue to disappoint myself with Agoda's customer service quality.
