I book in Hotel Nikko Osaka but due to some other reason we request for cancellations but the problem is, I was not aware about no refund policy. So I decided to request for the-Reinstatement. However, as per The email of Agoda I need to make another booking for then that’s the time I could receive my refund. my problem now is the capacity of my credit card to book New room is limited. My credit card cannot accomodate New booking for now. So in this regard, may we humble request reinstatement of my booking at Hotel nikko with ID no. ********* for ME to use the facilities.**Hoping for your consideration of the above request.**Thank you. **Merlie Jimenez
