Hello. I booked with you approx *nd February booking number was *********, to book Mantra in Bunbury WA.,booked *nd Feb to Wed *th Feb. I was priced and supposedly paid $***.**. I rang my bank and was charged $***.**? Why is there such a huge discrepancy please?? I also now have to also contact Mantra hotel as they also charged an extra $***.** security deposit and that also has not been refunded as yet. My short holiday has now cost me over $***.** that I shouldn't of. I'm on a disability pension so please kindly contact me for refund on **********. Hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you. I.
