Dear Agoda,**With regards to the AGODA Booking ID ********* Supposedly to be checking-in January **, ****, I would like to request for compensation in the forms of Agoda Cash.**I suffer many losses due to mistakes on your sides including loss of time and many efforts due to the fact that I had to call the Agoda Call Center * times (under * different operators: Desmond, Iza, Vincent and Karen and the one who helped me out in the end was Karen). I had to spend more than * hours to settle the problems simply because there was no booking registered under my name in the hotel system eventhough it was mentioned in your email and in your system that the booking HAS BEEN PAID.**On top of that. one of the reasons I did the booking through Agoda was because of the Agoda Points that was offered if I made the booking in Hotel Royal @ Queens in Singapore. Now that the booking was cancelled because your request was denied by your third party reservation agent (Hotel Beds), I did not receive any Agoda Cash eventhough I booked through your apps!**Also now, I need to wait for my money that was charged through your system to be refunded to my credit card. It was fortunate that I have had extra budget to spend.**I hope that the least you can do is to reward me with Agoda Cash to compensate for my loss and to make me still use Agoda in the future.**Thank you for your kind attention.
