I cancelled a booking at the five arrows hotel. I phoned and emailed Agoda who said it had been cancelled but my money has not been refunded. I cannot speak to a human regarding my refund. The confirmation number is ********* and last * digits of my credit card (which they asked for) are ****. On my credit card statement £*** was paid to priceline.com Norwalk ***** United States on monday**st January ****. Please please can you help me sort this out. Thankyou. Hilary Booth
