My name is Adam from the Holiday Inn in Meridian, MS, USA. I am emailing you because we have a guest by the name of John Robinson who checked in to our hotel on **********. I did not realize when he checked in that the credit card on file was from your company and I promptly deleted the credit card in our computer system. I am requesting a credit card authorization form from your company in order to avoid double charging Mr. Robinson due to my mistake. I can email you the form if you can provide me a valid email address. I need to authorization form in order to collect payment from Agoda. Please feel free to give us a call at ***-***-**** to avoid any confusion.***Sorry for the inconvenience.
