Hi There,* *I called through tonight and was advised to contact booking.com and the hotel directly and in regards to the below although they advised I can directly liase with you about this.* *When I booked online tonight there was an error with the dates and when the payment was taken the dates are not correct. It was supposed to read the dates leading over new years and it loaded into the next month.* *As we are not attending late January I am hoping you can please assist me with this and cancel the booking and process a refund.*I am so sorry for the inconvenience, I honestly am not sure what went wrong when the booking was being processed online.
