We have stayed at Eco Hotel in El Nido for * nights so far (our stay is * nights total). This is meant to be a premium hotel and we had booked a deluxe room. **We have been woken by building work men banging hammers against metal and concrete every morning from *am. This isn’t **m away, but *m from our room! At the same level as our window!! We put up with it for the first two nights as we were so tired, but it the continued on both Saturday and Sunday mornings at *am!**We have photo and video footage which would certainly put anybody off staying at the hotel for the next *montha or so while the works continue. We have yet to share our opinion on our travel website, trip advisor or Agoda but certainly will do so if we are not refunded or reimbursed by way of gift vouchers for the awful stay we have insured here. **Firstly, we should have been notified that there was building work in close proximity. BUT, I would go further to say that all of the rooms on the side of the hotel we are staying should be classes as unusable while this stage of building is taking place. We might ands well be inside the building site, and we are trying to enjoy a relaxing stay in a so called deluxe room!**We look forward to hearing how you will resolve this.**Ed and Alicia
