The issue in GetHuman-alycepe's own words
I made a booking for my Manager (ref:**********) last week for *th-*th December and received an email on *th December that the hotel was not available. I responded to the email and didn't hear back, I have also called up three times and been on hold for at least fifteen mins with no answer. *Despite this being Agoda's mistake, you have emailed us every day this week saying that if we don't get in touch you will charge this as a no show. The email makes no sense and contradicts itself, as its then goes onto say if you don't hear from us there will be no charges. Can someone please get in touch with me and confirm that this is cancelled, through your error rather than ours, and that there will be no charges? *This is an appalling level of service and we will never be using Agoda again. This was a corporate booking, so you will miss out on a lot of potential business from us.
