Yesterday I am booking Id: ********* for * night at Panalee home and camping, in booking detail, I am booking Family Villa with * persons, after check in, I told to reception for read my booking number, she told me she saw booking already and she took a key of Iyaret room which only * bed room villa. And between I had dinner outside, she was calling to me for no booking details in system, and said tomorrow morning I should pay **** bahts with cash between breakfast time. I am very wonder what ‘s happen in your system, I called to UOB credit card end number is ****,for ask about item which pay for Agoda ****.** bahts already passed. For today , between I had breakfast, she ‘s coming to ask me same yesterday, I show her for booking number and she said oh, it ‘s Family villa. She don’t tell any thing.Is this standard grade from Agoda? In Iyaret room, air condition very dirty, and in mid night there is smell of smoke from air condition. Only view of resort is good, another are bad, bad image of your system, bad reception and bad performance. Please take care to upgrade standards not only do like this.
