We would like to refund our money because the room that they have given us at our hotel was not liveable to stay because it was extremely dirty (everything from pillows, pillowcases, toilet, mattresses and building). This room was not suitable for myself and my sons who are asthmatic. The receptionist was very helpful in changing the pillows and pillowcases although very old, dirty and unhygienic. The room was nothing like advertised. The air conditioning didn’t work and all four of us staying had trouble breathing. We are able to send photos of the pillows and pillowcases and I’m sure even you yourself wouldn’t dare to sleep on it. It was extremely disgusting. We were not expecting anything like this to happen. We ended up trying to find another place to stay and only found one at *am in the morning. **Our booking ID was: **********Member ID: ********
