The issue in GetHuman-jacktoub's own words
On Nov. **, ****, Tristan Berthet received reservation confirmation via reference ********** for a Nov. ** to Dec. ** booking of a standard air-conditioned room for two pax at The Bamboo House Beach Lodge and Restaurant. This booking was arranged based on the ** photographs that were posted, showcasing simple but nice rooms. When we arrived at *:**PM of Nov. **, we were led to a room that was nothing like the photographs, as it was relegated to the back of the property near the generator and trash bags. We can send actual photographs taken when we arrived. We refused to check in due to these poor conditions.
GetHuman-jacktoub did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
