The issue in GetHuman-chyrel_'s own words
I had a hotel booking for Aljerau Calma for Dec. *-*, **** @ Vertical City Hotel located in Guangzhou, China. I used his e-mail address but unfortunately, he did not received the confirmation booking. I paid this already using my Metrobank credit card and my card was debited today, November **, **** amounting P *,***.** under Authorization ID Number ******. I am not sure if I typed erroneous e-mail address. He's email address is *****@***.com.
In this regard, kindly resend the Booking confirmation @ *****@***.com and *****@***.com
It's more than * hours already.
I have sent a message to Vertical City Hotel already but no response yet.
I have an issue with Agoda too
