Booking ID *********. The last for digits of my credit card are ****. I cancelled this reservation, prior to the expiration time*date. My credit card statement shows that I am being charged for the reservation. I thought there was no cancellation fee. Why am I being charged? I followed the guidelines and cancelled prior to expiration time. I took a screen shot of where it says the reservation could be cancelled without a fee. I have booked with Agoda before, and have never had this problem. I am very displeased with this. * I have tried calling your customer service number, but never get to speak to anyone. There was a print that said no cancellation fee, if done within a specific time. I cancelled the reservation within that time frame.
Refund my charge card for the entire amount.
I have used your service several times and have never had this problem. I've booked with you under different emails, but have probably used the same credit card.
