Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-fetissov a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-fetissov's own words
Book another hotel ... I accidentally booked a wrong airport hotel. My reservation *********. I cancelled it after getting an email from the owner, who stated that instead of Frankfurt international airport, I booked a hotel near Frankfurt Havn. I’d like to rebook another hotel Hilton garden inn Frankfurt airport. I was wondering if we can rebook it instead of the other one and pay just extra over the price. However, I’m having trouble with your website. It doesn’t allow me to enter my dates?????*Please, let me know how I can talk to your customer representative to resolve all of this.
It’s not their fault, I just want to book a new hotel through their service and ask them to use the money spent on the first one, toward the second one.
I would like them to rebook a new hotel for me using the money from the first one
I’m a new customer. And this would be my last time dealing with them. Unable to speak to a representative without ID
