Hotel BNBnear Brandenburg Gate with my confirmation I’d ********* charged me ***.** Euro and they were continuously telling Agoda never send the money to the property, I was stating them and showing the payment receipt from Agoda which I made the full payment for the booking ***.** but they not agreed. This is the first time in life I faced such issue and please refund the full payment ***.** charged by Agoda for this booking from **rd to **th November
