Hello Agoda. I made a booking on **st August **** *Booking Ref.: ********** for Moshitametsi Hotel Johannesburg. I cancelled the booking on **st August ****, * clear days before the cancellation deadline. My bank account has however been debited to the tune of ZAR **** to my amazement. I have contacted the Managing Director of the the hotel but he said they did not receive any such amount. I will therefore want Agoda to refund my money into my account before i consider my next line of action. Your earliest action will be appreciated.
