I booked the hotel thru agoda... My payment went thru but I did not get the confirmation. When called agoda ane executive named Sharon asked me to cancel it and helped booking another room. She said that this cancelled booking money will be refunded in *-* working days. It's been * month (** working days), I've not received my refund. There is no number to call where I can speak to someone... This is highly disappointing. If you think you can thug people you mistaken... I'll take it to legal.
