We made a booking on agoda for Casa hotel in Hong Kong but we keyed in the wrong email address so we do not have our booking id. The email that we keyed in was *****@***.com however the correct email should be *****@***.com. Please help us amend the email as we are unable to get through when we call the service centre. The bank confirmed that our transaction has been completed and we could send you the statement if needed. Thank you.
