We booked for a *-night stay in La Carmela De Boracay -Philippines.November **-**,**** without knowing that this hotel is no longer accredited with Dept.of Tourism after the Boracay Clean up program.Booking was paid via Citibank credit card.What shall we do?Can u transfer us to other hotel or just refund our payment?Booking ID ********* and Booking Id *********.Thank you and we fervently hope for a quick response on this matter
